The opportunity

Reporting to the Director of People Technology and Integration, you will design, implement, and maintain security measures within the Workday platform. You will collaborate with partners to understand business requirements and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data in Workday. You will have a background in Workday security mitigating risks.

What you'll do:

  • Work with business, HRIS, and FIN teams to gather security requirements for Workday.
  • Design and implement security configurations within the Workday platform to meet business needs while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Define and maintain role-based access control policies within Workday.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of user roles to ensure appropriate access levels and permissions.
  • Develop security policies, procedures, and guidelines related to Workday usage.
  • Manage the user provisioning and de-provisioning processes in Workday.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure and accurate assignment of access rights based on employee roles and responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular security audits to identify and fix potential vulnerabilities.
  • Monitor Workday security logs and alerts, promptly responding to and resolving security incidents.
  • Work with teams, including HR, Finance, IT, and compliance, to ensure agreement between security measures and organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance to end-users on security-related matters.

What we're looking for:

  • 2 years of experience in aspects of IT security, such as IAM, PAM, and data security laws.
  • Bachelors’ degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field
  • Workday Security Certification
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday security features and configurations

Compensation

The annual pay range for this position is $88,726.00 - $141,987.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $98,042.00 - $132,644.00.
