Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Administrative Assistant for Center for the Arts. The Center for the Arts (CFA) is looking for an administrative assistant to help with organizational needs of this growing organization. Great experience for an organized individual interested organizational management. This is a perfect role for organized, punctual and task driven individuals. No professional experience necessary but the ability to complete tasks, organize information and a comfort with programs like MS Word, Google Docs, and Mondays.com are helpful.
Job Responsibilities:
The CFA is at a critical juncture and needs support in organizing it’s information:
- Tracking details, developing process, and creating lists to best manage the growing number of programs and events.
- It is great experience for someone interested in executive assisting, office management, information management, or marketing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
- Work study part of financial aid package
- Students with work study may be prioritized
- Comfortable with basic programs like MS Word, Google docs, Mondays.com are helpful but not required
- Ability to organize information into groups and categories ideal
- Experience streamlining processes ideal
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Good problem solving skills
- Research skills and sourcing helpful
- Ability to work with limited direction
- Responsible and reliable
- Able to work with deadlines and manage changing priorities

Work Schedule: Remote, 10hrs weekly

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
