Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Business Development Representative for EQPD.EQPD is not just a nonprofit; it's a movement! We're dedicated to equipping student achievement by connecting students with skilled tutors and empowering educators with the supports they need to succeed. Our mission is to expand the education workforce with talent that is confident, prepared, and ready to make a difference in their community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Hubspot data input
- Execute outreach activities (cold call emails and phone calls to district leaders)
- Participate in the full cycle sales process (from prospecting to closing)
- Social Media/ Website design
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
- Work study part of financial aid package
- Students with work study may be prioritized
- Educational Background: Completion of some college coursework or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Education, and/or Business Management. Previous experience in customer service roles preferred.
- Innovative Spirit: Flourish in a non-profit startup environment, bringing adaptability and fresh
perspectives - Data Mastery: Exhibit exceptional data entry and cleaning skills to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Skill Development : The capacity for skill refinement through ongoing training and practical application.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
