This position plays a crucial role in representing the university to prospective students, their families, and other visitors. In this role, you will be a business and expert who guides the design, implementation, and governance of AI-powered solutions across the university's digital ecosystem. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and technical lead on AI use cases ranging from intelligent agents to workflow automation. This position is located onsite in Manchester, NH. You will report to the Head Men's Baseball Coach.</p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Participate in the leading and execution of preseason and season practices. Help monitor conditioning programs</li><li>Provide input as to the evaluation of the athlete's performance and progress. Evaluate opponents' performance and scouting. Ensure the peak performance of athletes during games</li><li>Help us recruit prospective student athletes</li><li>Participate in planning for events including fund raising or other special functions</li><li>Drive University Vans to and from practice, games, playoffs, and coaches meetings</li><li>Additional responsibilities can be assigned with discussion between the Head Coach, Director of Athletics and the Assistant Coach</li><li>Attendance is required at the annual athletic awards banquet, any NE-10 conference meetings, all all-star balloting or voting meetings, and all SNHU Athletic Department meetings</li></ul><p>The position, governed by the rules and regulations of the NCAA and of the Southern New Hampshire University, requires working with the Head Coach in all facets of the program. You must develop a working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. If you plan to recruit, you must pass the NCAA Certification exam. SNHU is an NCAA Division II institution and a member of the Northeast 10 Conference. You will report to and assist the Head Women's Basketball Coach in administration and coaching of our intercollegiate athletic program. This position is located onsite in Manchester, NH.</p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Organization and implementation of the assessment, identification and recruitment of qualified student-athletes. Use and implement recruiting planning including correspondence with high school and AAU prospects and coaches</li><li>Work with our Admissions and Financial Aid departments in recruitment of student-athletes</li><li>Maintain schedule for the entire academic year to include, individual meetings, individual workouts, pre-season workouts, post-season workouts, in-season and off-season training/conditioning programs, and summer program workouts</li><li>Support academic development and graduation of student-athletes. Be a role model for all student-athletes involved in the program</li><li>Scouting of opponents and game and practice planning using computer software: synergy, scout ware and developing reports</li><li>Establish and maintain relationship with our University, alumni, high school coaches, media, and the local community through social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter)</li><li>Guide communication between head coach and the people of Manchester and neighboring towns, by conducting clinics for the community, active involvement in charitable organizations and the local school community</li><li>Leverage systems related to recruiting, scouting, and social media</li><li>Other responsibilities assigned by the head coach and Director of Athletics relative to the program and department/university</li><li>Drive University vans to games and practices when needed. Will need to pass MVR check and University van certification video course</li></ul><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>1+ years of coaching experience or collegiate playing experience with demonstrated knowledge and strategies of the game of basketball</li><li>Knowledge, observance, and commitment to all rules and regulations of the College, NE1O, and NCAA</li><li>Valid driver's license and the ability to transport student athletes</li></ul><p>The position, governed by the rules and regulations of the NCAA and Southern New Hampshire University, entails total responsibility for the functioning of the program. This includes supervision and organization of all practice sessions, coaching of all matches, supervision of assistant coaches, recruitment of quality student-athletes and current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications. You must successfully pass the NCAA Certification exam and develop a working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. This role is responsible for building and leading a unified, full-funnel social media strategy. The strategy connects storytelling, community, analytics, and performance to support Southern New Hampshire University's mission, enrollment growth, and lead generation goals.</p><p>There are two core Social Media teams at SNHU: Marketing and Communications. Within Marketing, it's a matrixed team and within Communications it's a single reporting team. The key partners for this role are the AVP of Organic Marketing, the AVP of Paid Social Media, and the VP of Communications. Additionally, the Organic Marketing Growth Strategist, the CMO, and the Marketing team at large are also key partners.</p><p>You will lead the integration of revised social media strategy into the centralized marketing organization using a hub-and-spoke operating model. This integration will provide deep functional expertise, strategy development, governance with Communications, and analytics. This role requires matrix management capabilities and leading through influence. The Senior Director will drive alignment and results across teams and stakeholders who may not report directly to this position.</p><p>You will oversee organic social media strategies, ensuring an integrated approach, driving meaningful engagement, generating leads, building brand presence, and contributing directly to enrollment outcomes. Volunteer advocates at REACH Crisis Services provide direct services to victims of domestic and sexual violence, stalking and human trafficking through support, information, resource and referral, and personal advocacy based on the empowerment model. Volunteers can provide support in conjunction with staff in the office from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to clients in crisis. Public Safety Officers, provide comprehensive safety and security services to our traditional residential campus and remote properties and locations<strong>.</strong> Important to these services are active patrols of the university grounds/properties while in uniform on foot, bicycle, or a marked security vehicle. In this role, you will respond to a variety of calls for service, including escorts, motor vehicle assists, medical emergencies, and behavioral or mental health concerns. You will take ownership of these situations by providing appropriate support to members of the campus community and conducting preliminary investigations as needed. Additional responsibilities include managing traffic flow, enforcing parking regulations, and supporting special events such as athletic competitions and commencement ceremonies. You will also collaborate with local law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical personnel when they are called to campus or any remote properties. Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic, provide information and directions, arrange assistance for motorists with mechanical problems, issue parking tickets and arrange towing of vehicles if necessary</p></li><li><p>Assist university officials, law enforcement agencies, fire, and other public safety officials in the performance of those responsibilities which relate to the mission of the department in maintaining law, order and public safety on SNHU properties, will function as the University's first responder to criminal incidents, fires, medical emergencies, chemical spills, natural disasters and other emergencies on campus</p></li><li><p>Perform responsibilities consistent with the University's fire prevention and general safety program. These include inspection of fire safety equipment, conducting fire drills and other tasks related to the University's safety programs</p></li><li><p>Be the officer in charge in the absence of a shift supervisor and oversee daily operations</p></li><li><p>Understand the compliance points surrounding Title IX and the Clery act. Also have the responsibility of issuing SNHU Alerts in the event of an emergency</p></li><li><p>Complete a daily shift report to send to management upon completion of their shift</p></li><li><p>Work in all-weather elements, stand, and sit for extended periods of time including walking and climbing stairs. Must be able to lift 50 pounds</p></li><li><p>Maintain certification in responding to emergencies and automated external defibrillator, CPR, Narcan, First Aid, and Stop the Bleed. In this role, you will help promote sustainability initiatives across campus through digital storytelling, strategic content creation, and student engagement efforts. You will report to the Head Coach for Men's Soccer and be in charge coaching tasks and student athlete development.</p><p><strong>In this Role You'll Get To:</strong></p><ul><li>Be a role model that provides guidance necessary for a positive, competitive environment for student-athletes</li><li>Participate in the planning, strategy, organizing and execution of preseason, season, off season practices.</li><li>Help monitor conditioning programs.</li><li>Provide us with input as to the evaluation of the athlete's performance and progress.</li><li>Ensure the best performance of athletes during games. Regional rankings.</li><li>Design competitive models that guide programs from developmental stages to conference and national championship contention.</li><li>Analyze NCAA regional ranking criteria, strength-of-schedule metrics, and in-region competition requirements to inform scheduling and postseason positioning.</li><li>Evaluate and approve traditional and non-traditional season schedules, ensuring compliance with NCAA Division II bylaws, in-region requirements, and Northeast-specific travel considerations.</li><li>Provide oversight and guidance on practice planning, championship segment management, and strength and conditioning programs to maximize performance while prioritizing student-athlete health, safety, and academic balance.</li><li>Monitor playing and practice seasons in accordance with NCAA Division II time management and countable athletically related activity regulations.</li><li>Maintain close collaboration with the Compliance Associate Director to ensure You will report directly to the Vice President of AI Engineering and you will engineer the backend systems that power our agentic AI learning platform, empowering human-centered learning for the age of AI.</p><p>As a backend and platform engineer with data engineering skills, you'll build the infrastructure that powers our AI learning platform. Applicants must be familiar with financial aid transactional work and conducting procedures so that loans/grants/scholarships are originated, recalculated, disbursed, returned and reconciled timely and accurately. We ask that you have strong trouble-shooting of complex student eligibility evaluation and in-eligibility situations. This is all performed within the prescribed regulations and compliance requirements of the institution and the federal and state governments. You will adhere to SNHU's set of core service and support behaviors at all times and is dedicated to meeting the requirements of the University's needs and mission. You will report to the Associate Director of Financial Aid. This is a dual-place role working in the Millyard with work hours of Monday through Friday 8am-430pm EST with flexibility to work Saturdays to accommodate term starts and occasional evening shifts will be required.</p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Complete understanding of the financial aid cycle, regulations and compliance aspects, and processes fluently. Reviews files for eligibility of federal and private loans institutional, state and federal grants and institutional 3rd party scholarships to be recalculated and disbursed to students or returned to lender efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Evaluate unusual/mitigating circumstance documentation/information and exercise judgment by making adjustments or revisions to award(s).</li><li>Responsible but not limited to performing Return to Title IV Funds calculations (all populations), Return to Lender calculations and Tuition Assistance Calculations.</li><li>Responsible but not limited to performing Pell Recalculation, Originating/Certifying Loans, Disbursements and Reconciliations.</li><li>Generate and analyze system-generated data such as grades and enrollment status or award status to verify continued compliance and eligibility of students receiving aid under federal, state and institutional guidelines; notify students of changes in eligibility of awards and alternatives to amend the situation.</li><li>Troubleshoot processing problems and technical issues with regard to the COD system and Banner software. Apply corrective action. Consult with the appropriate resources when necessary such as processing support teams.</li><li>Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect student information and resolve through communication. Apply corrective action.</li><li>Serve an important role in the Business Process Redesign and process improvement initiatives to build efficiencies and automation of processes within Student Financial Services.
