This position plays a crucial role in representing the university to prospective students, their families, and other visitors. When last minute gaps arise and regular replacements are needed, you will step in quickly to assign coverage and activate course sections within tight turnaround windows.</p><p>You will also respond to instructor emails daily, serving as a reliable contact that our faculty can depend on. This is a project-based student employment opportunity with REACH Crisis Services, focused on improving organization and accessibility across key resource areas. The student employee will support the coordination and arrangement of materials within the donation closet, office supply room, and clothing boutique.<br><br>This opportunity is project-based and offers a flexible schedule and can be completed over the course of several days or weeks, depending on availability. Students are welcome to coordinate schedules with peers if they prefer to work alongside another student employee.</p><p><br>Student employees will not engage directly with REACH clients. All work will be completed under the guidance and support of REACH staff members.<em> </em></p><p><em>This is a temporary, project-based position. You will report to the Manager of Mail Services.</p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Transport mail to and from the US Post Office at scheduled times each day using provided vehicle.</li><li>Maintain proper fuel level in delivery van and monitor for maintenance to report any concerns.</li><li>Responsible for general cleanliness of the van including periodic car washes, vacuuming and wiping down surfaces</li><li>Remove snow and other debris from vehicle before driving</li><li>Make special deliveries and pick-ups of packages on and off campus.</li><li>Oversee mail sorting, mail delivery preparation, and package intake daily</li><li>Help with mail processing. Including shipping out packages and letters on the meter, through Pitney Bowes, Fed Ex or any other vendor we process shipments through. Occasional customer service and phone answering is required</li><li>Assist with finding and deliver packages to students, staff, and faculty at the front window.</li><li>Responsible for hand delivering certified mail to the post office</li><li>Purchase stamps for the mailroom</li><li>Cover all mail routes both on and off campus</li><li>Report any changes in routes/departments</li><li>This is an essential personnel role. As such you are required to report to work or remain on duty during emergency closures or modified operations, such as severe weather.</li><li>Work on a computer to process and look up packages using SNHU software and take required trainings</li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned. Manager to provide high-quality customer service to the Southern New Hampshire University community. General duties include copying, laminating, printing posters, binding, balloon filling and various other print-related tasks. Other duties include providing free soda and snacks to all guests, selling beer and wine for those 21+ on select nights and assisting with programs taking place in the space. This position also supports the Office of Student Involvement in general, and employees may participate in special projects as assigned. Our student employees are essential in helping us build community and support others finding a sense of belonging at SNHU. Supervision</strong><ul><li>Provides vision, leadership, and coordination of Intercollegiate Athletics and the Recreational Sports program.</li><li>Assists in the strategic planning for facilities and strength-of-schedule metrics, and in-region competition requirements to inform scheduling and postseason positioning.</li><li>Evaluate and approve traditional and non-traditional season schedules, ensuring compliance with NCAA Division II bylaws, in-region requirements, and Northeast-specific travel considerations.</li><li>Provide oversight and guidance on practice planning, championship Front Desk Assistants are students who work towards the accomplishment of the goals and objectives of the Office of Residence Life through providing support and assistance to summer central office members, prospective students, and current residents. This position’s primary focus is to ensure that the Office Residence Life has coverage and availability to assist and answer questions about housing. You will partner and collaborate with other teams within workforce management and department leadership to align staff to ensure service level/speed to answer goals are met for our learners. The Workforce Analyst provides direct assistance to each area of our operation to develop staff plans and create recommendations to balance staff entitlements and off-production activities against contact center demand, assists the Workforce Manager in compiling applicable data and reporting around department performance, determines priorities and implements action plans to ensure service delivery, and works directly with the Workforce Planning Manager to deliver a view of expected staffing each week and will schedule off-production activities according to these tactical plans. The Workforce Analyst is also responsible for delivering recommendations around hiring and staff alignment to meet the needs of each department.</p><p>This is a remote friendly position (#LI-Remote). You will report to the Workforce Manager.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee intra-day management for an assigned area with the purpose of optimizing resources to achieve our goals. You will ensure that students, faculty, and staff are educated about conduct, academic integrity policies, and all associated judicial procedures, educates students on their civil, ethical, individual, and social rights and responsibilities as a member of the university community, coordinates any required reviews or hearings, works with departments across the institution to research cases, communicates with students about resolutions and any sanctions, and follows-through with students to finalize conduct cases. The Community Standards Manager shares trends and concerns with leadership and identifying potential solutions. You will report directly to the Vice President of AI Engineering and you will engineer the backend systems that power our agentic AI learning platform, empowering human-centered learning for the age of AI.</p><p>As a backend and platform engineer with data engineering skills, you'll build the infrastructure that powers our AI learning platform. The Social Media Assistant will support REACH by creating engaging content and managing our online presence across platforms.
