This position is based in the following office location:
New HampshireThe opportunity
As one of the Groundskeepers, you will help with the upkeep of university grounds, including grooming lawns, shrubs and trees, snow removal, trash pickup, office moves, and minor equipment repair.
What you'll do:
· Operate a variety of equipment and tools used in maintaining grounds.
· Pick up of litter, trash, and debris, moving boulders, cleaning of culverts and storm drains.
· Maintain and address minor equipment repair.
· Mow and seed lawns, prune and plant shrubs and trees, mulch, trim, and weed bed areas.
· Plow snow, shovel, use snow blowers or tractors, sand and salt.
· Assist with office moves and deliveries.
· Complete work orders promptly.
· Assist with conference service set ups and break downs.
· Job duties and responsibilities can change at any time, with or without notice.
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years of experience in lawn care and snow removal practices.
- Academic Degree(s) and/ areas of study: High School diploma or equivalency
- Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable: ☒ Yes ☐ No
- Experience using light grounds equipment operations.
- Experience repairing minor equipment.
- A Valid NH driver's license and pass a motor vehicle driver check.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $15.87 - $25.41. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $17.54 - $23.74.Exceptional benefits (because you’re exceptional)
