Full-time employees earn up to 5 weeks of paid time off that start accruing on day 1. And if you don’t use all of your PTO by the end of December? No worries — you won't lose it!
In addition to PTO, Southern New Hampshire University offers up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year, which include a combination of SNHU-observed holidays and float holidays.
We also think there are certain things you shouldn’t have to use your PTO for. That’s why you’ll have access to additional paid time for things like wellbeing, bereavement and volunteering.
From your first day as a full-time employee, you’ll be able to enroll in up to two classes per term at SNHU — tuition free. After 6 months of employment, your spouse and IRS dependents can also access this benefit. (Note: Some exclusions apply. Tuition benefits may be subject to taxation.)
If you have college-age dependents, you can also access tuition exchange programs that provide scholarship application opportunities with other schools. These programs can be highly competitive, are not guaranteed and may be subject to eligibility guidelines.
