Save for retirement. Every perk we offer is thoughtfully designed with you at the center, so you can build a life you love.

With fully remote jobs in over 30 states, we open doors to opportunities. The opportunity to connect with people across the country. To create your own cozy workspace, cut your commute, live closer to family. As an SNHU employee, you’ll have the flexibility to make a living and have a life you love.
As a full-time employee, you’ll have access to an array of benefits. Here they are at a glance:

- Tuition benefits program for you and your dependents
- 401(k) plan with up to 6% annual employer contribution (and employees can choose to invest even more)
- Paid parental leave
- Life insurance (2x your annual salary)
- Lifestyle dollars (annual bonus of up to 4% of your base salary)
- Free mental health resources

At SNHU, you’ll have medical, dental and vision insurance benefits from day 1 of full-time employment — which is when you’ll start accruing PTO, too.
Some benefits do have a grace period. For more detailed information on specific benefits, see the employee benefits summaries for those inside New England and outside New England. Benefit offerings are subject to change.
Yes! We offer high-quality, affordable, low-deductible healthcare plans. In addition, you’ll get low-cost dental and vision and generous employer-funded life insurance options — all starting on day 1 of full-time employment.
Full-time employees earn up to 5 weeks of paid time off that start accruing on day 1. And if you don’t use all of your PTO by the end of December? No worries — you won't lose it!
In addition to PTO, Southern New Hampshire University offers up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year, which include a combination of SNHU-observed holidays and float holidays.
We also think there are certain things you shouldn’t have to use your PTO for. That’s why you’ll have access to additional paid time for things like wellbeing, bereavement and volunteering.
From your first day as a full-time employee, you’ll be able to enroll in up to two classes per term at SNHU — tuition free. After 6 months of employment, your spouse and IRS dependents can also access this benefit. (Note: Some exclusions apply. Tuition benefits may be subject to taxation.)
If you have college-age dependents, you can also access tuition exchange programs that provide scholarship application opportunities with other schools. These programs can be highly competitive, are not guaranteed and may be subject to eligibility guidelines.
