The opportunity
The AI Integration Specialist supports training and adoption of AI tools and processes across the institution and reports to the Senior Director of AI Integrations. You will ensure faculty, staff, and students integrate AI technologies into their workflows and learning environments, promoting innovation and improving efficiency. The AI Integration Specialist works with faculty, staff, and students across multiple disciplines and AI proficiency levels.
You will work 100% remotely from any of our approved states. #LI-Remote
What You'll Do:
- Conduct training sessions for SNHU community members to ensure use of AI tools and technologies.
- Provide support in the form of hands-on guidance and consultation.
- Help optimize existing AI-driven processes to improve operational and educational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AI Proofs of Concept, projects, and product exploration.
- Assist in brainstorming and planning for faculty and staff ideas related to AI integration.
- Develop training materials, guides, and resources to support AI tool adoption across the institution.
- Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential functions of this role.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in the use of AI tools and technologies (i.e.ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
- 2+ years of experience in teaching or training in a professional environment.
- Bachelor's degree
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in the use of AI tools to ensure equitable access for all users.

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $70,729.00 - $113,188.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $78,155.00 - $105,739.00.Exceptional benefits (because you’re exceptional)
