The opportunity
Southern New Hampshire University is seeking two student employees to serve as Student Experience Ambassadors. In this role, students will support the Student Employment and Student Financial Services offices through administrative assistance, promotional efforts, peer engagement, and event support. Student Experience Ambassadors will help increase awareness of available resources and opportunities while contributing to welcoming, efficient day-to-day office operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and distribute promotional materials, including bulletin boards, flyers, and digital content, for both offices.
- Represent the Student Employment program by engaging with peers, sharing relevant experiences, and promoting the benefits of student employment.
- Research student employment programs at peer institutions and summarize findings to support recommendations for enhancing campus offerings.
- Assist with the planning, promotion, and execution of events and initiatives throughout the academic year.
- Provide general office support, including triaging student appointments, printing and mailing student ID cards, and maintaining organized shared spaces and materials.
- Help create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment for students seeking information or assistance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current enrollment in classes as part of a Southern New Hampshire University degree program.
- Work-study eligibility may be considered, and students with work-study may be prioritized.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
- Comfort engaging with peers and promoting campus resources.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Work Schedule
Flexible scheduling, Monday - Friday from 8-4:30pm, occasional weekend events

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $13.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
