The opportunity

The Content and Channel Operations team is looking for a student worker to join the team. This position can be fully remote or hybrid (combination of remote and in-person in Manchester). This position will work directly with Content and Channel Operations to support recurring project setup, scheduling and term maintenance, project tracking, review coordination, documentation, operational reporting, and other duties as needed. In this role, the student will work with a variety of software including MS Office Suite, Workfront or Wrike, and TeamUp.

May be eligible for Internship credit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create, assign, and maintain recurring projects in the project management system.
  • Maintain scheduling tools and recurring operational calendars, including updating future term dates, archiving past terms, and supporting ongoing calendar accuracy.
  • Monitor project and task statuses, ensure work is assigned to the appropriate team member, follow up on incomplete items, and help close or update projects that are complete or near completion.
  • Support project review meetings by sending recurring review reminders, documenting assignments, and updating follow-up items as needed.
  • Assist with intake and review coordination by checking submitted request materials, tracking required approvals, and routing select requests to appropriate leadership reviewers.
  • Support documentation and organization of team processes, standards, and recurring operational procedures.
  • Other operational duties, as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program at SNHU
  • Work study as part of their financial aid package
  • Interested in or prior experience in project management/operations and communications
  • Excellent communicator
  • Must have strong time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with recurring administrative work
  • Ability to handle internal information with professionalism and discretion
  • Be able to work at least 4 hours during normal SNHU business hours of 8:00am-4:30pm

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in MS Office

Work Hours:

Mon-Friday between 8am and 4:30pm. Total number of hours per week not to exceed 20.

Hourly Rate: $13.50

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $13.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
