This position is based in the following office location:

Manchester, NH

The opportunity

In this role, you will provide operational support at the SNHU Millyard office location. You will perform several operational tasks including: scheduling, approving and coordinating meetings and events, office supply inventory management, distributing supplies and packages and basic office equipment management. You will report to the Millyard Operations Manager #LI-Onsite

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-2:30pm EST

What you'll do:

  • Essential responsibilities
    • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and requests
    • Coordinate with vendors for supplies, services and maintenance/repairs
    • Support Millyard Operation Projects
    • Lead Millyard orientation tours for new employees and existing team members who request this overview.
    • Maintain office equipment including replacing ink and toner in copiers, checking paper jams, etc.
    • Maintain record keeping of Millyard storage, employee issued parking fobs, employee gym waivers, and general use lockers.
  • Coordinate meetings and events
    • Scheduling and coordination of conference rooms, approvals and requests for additional information utilizing Microsoft outlook.
    • Assist with the physical coordination of complex and frequent meeting set-ups of varying sizes
    • Support the Operations Manager with the administrative coordination or events that take place at the Millyard.
  • Inventory and supply management
    • Purchase, track and maintain supply inventory to include but not limited to, kitchen supplies, general office supplies and first aid supplies.
    • Assist with distribution of supplies
  • Mailroom
    • Provide mailroom coverage at the Millyard to include but not limited to distribution and sorting of mail for SNHU staff and tenant. Maintain mail supply inventory to ensure that all required forms in mail area are stocked for staff use.
    • Maintenance and tracking of mail lockers.
    • Assist with distribution of packages
    • Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

  • 2 years of experience in operations or administrative work
  • High school diploma, equivalent experience in lieu of diploma is acceptable
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook/Teams/Excel
  • Ability to stand and walk consistently throughout the work shift
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25lbs.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $17.45 - $27.92. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $19.28 - $26.08.
